The 110 Volt Professional Crepe Maker has one 3/8" thick, finely polished cast-iron plate, which retains heat longer. The surface is enamel coated over stone blast cast-iron, minimizing the need for seasoning and discarding the first two or three crepes. The enamel coating also enhances heat distribution. It is designed to work for one to two hours at maximum temperature , then switch it off for 10 to 15 minutes before using it again. 110 Volts, 1650 Watts, 14 amp. Approved to U.L. and NSF standards. Professional Electric Crepe Maker

The highly scratch resistant enamel coating also enhances heat distribution. The spiral shaped armored heating element is positioned under the top plate to maximize heat transfer. The thermostat is adjustable, ranging from 120 deg F for re-heating pre-cooked crepes, to 450 deg F to singe crepes. This crepe maker produces about one crepe per minute.
