Description: This exceptional meat grinder (7" high ) has a vacuum pressure base with a lever that holds firmly to any counter top. All working parts are made of a non toxic polypropylene plastic that never stains and are dishwasher safe. Place the meat into the mincing house (top), use the meat pusher to press the meat to the driving screw. Then turn handle to start mincing. It comes with a sausage making parts for making your own hot dogs out of ground meat. Also comes with a biscuit cutter, a protective pusher, a cutting blade, and 2 plates for a variation in making either course or fine ground meat. Made in Italy with a 25 year warranty.
