SHIPPING TERMS

·         Most orders in stock will leave the warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your order. Some order will be shipped directly by the manufacturer within the same time frame.

·         Shipments: UPS ground or US Postal Service.

·         Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska:  via US Postal Service unless 2-3 Day or Next Day Air requested by customer.

·         International orders: Shipments via US Postal Service.  No rush delivery available.  Shipping charges will be calculated after order is received and will depend on size, price and weight of item(s).  Upon your approval of the shipping charges, your order will be processed.  All applicable duty, custom charges and taxes are paid by the recipient

·         UPS loss or damage: We will trace delayed parcels. For damages, retain the shipping cartons and damaged goods. Contact UPS for inspection. This procedure must be followed for goods to be replaced or credited.

·         Sales tax: 5% added to all Massachusetts orders.
